Do you own a ZTE MF190, S160, MF100, MF631, MF91, AC2746, AC2766, K3770-z or any other modem or phone which is network locked? If yes, then I have come up with a solid solution which will unlock your locked ZTE phone or Modem. We will use Most DC Unlocker for this purpose which is an easy-to-use tool and works in locking ZTE and several other brands. To unlock your ZTE phone or modem, follow below instructions.
Unlocking ZTE Phone or Modems
Step 1: First all, download Most DC Unlocker tool and install it on your system. You can find the download link for Most DC Unlocker at bottom of this article
Step 2: Now install the modem or phone software along with connectivity drivers. After installing the software and drivers for your locked ZTE modem or software, connect the modem/phone to your PC with an unsupported networks SIM inserted into it
Step 3: After connecting the modem/phone to your PC, now launch Most DC Unlocker tool. During launching the tool, exit modem/phone’s default software
Step 4: In “Most DC Unlocker” interface, select ZTE modems or ZTE phones under “Select manufacturer” option. If you are going to unlock ZTE data cards like MF190, then select “ZTE modems” or if you are going to unlock a ZTE phone, select “ZTE phones” under the option
Step 5: Under “Select model” option, choose “Auto detect (recommended)” and press search icon
Step 6: Your device will be searched and listed with locked status (for the unsupported SIM which you have inserted). Now expand “Unlocking” tab on right top of the interface and press unlock button
Once you will press the unlock button, your device will be unlocked! The unlock button in above screenshot is gray due to the unlocked status of my ZTE device. For locked devices, it will get active.
Note: To unlock the device, you must insert an invalid/unsupported SIM into your ZTE device. In addition, ensure that the connectivity drivers are installed for your modem or phone. Also exit the default software of ZTE modems or ZTE phones before starting the unlocking process.
