Feedburner Email Subscription Widget for Blogger and WordPress

Feedburner is a great service from Google which grabs latest content from blogs and delivers the content to the list of subscribers. If you want to deliver your every latest writing to a vast number of audience, then adding a Feedburner email subscription widget to your blog will greatly help you in building an email list. If your blog is on WordPress, then you might need to do a little work for enabling Feedburner for your WordPress blog if it is configured improperly.

Adding Feedburner Email Subscription Widget

To add add Feedbuener email subscription widget to your blog’s sidebar or anywhere else, follow below instructions.

For Blogger:

  • Sign in to your Blogger blog’s dashboard and choose concerned blog to which you want to add the widget
  • Go to its layout and add a gadget (HTML/JavaScript)
  • Paste below provided code in it, add the gadget and save appearance

For WordPress:

  • Sign in to your blog’s dashboard and go to Widgets section under Appearance
  • Drag Arbitrary text or HTML widget to sidebar or any other desired position and paste below code in the box
  • Save the widget

Here is the code for the widget. In the code, don’t forget to replace supportivehands with your Feedburner ID.
