The charges for the card has been set at just Rs. 200. ATM cards can be collected from any branch of Tameer bank or from Telenor Customer and Sales Service Center. Charges for each transaction is Rs. 25. Although the customers will need to bear a transaction fee of Rs. 25 but the change will prove to save a lot of time and will simplify the banking which was bit complicated before.

About the launch of ATM cards for Easy Paisa account holders, Omar Moeen Malik, Head of Strategy for Easy Paisa Telenor Pakistan, said: “Pakistan is now one of the very few countries in the world, where any person with a CNIC can open a free bank account on his Mobile Phone in under two minutes, pick up an ATM card and link it to his account easily. Easypaisa is proud to be part of this innovation and link the existing ATM network in Pakistan to Branchless Banking.
